Good evening. I’m Ron Burgundy and here’s what’s happening in your world tonight.

PJ of Uncommon Fit sent over these images of the Tri-State Lacrosse uniforms for their run at the War at the Shore. Patrick Young, a sophomore midfielder at UMBC is pictured below modeling these beauties for us.

Look at the detail on those pockets. Quotations from the movie? Baxter?! What a masterpiece!

Updated: Now with a very Ron Burgundy-esque picture of PJ Martin and a great team pic of the Tri-State laxers.

Tri-State has been competing at the Shore for the past 20 years and is no stranger to the movie theme. They have gone with themes from Dodgeball, Talladega Nights, and Semi-Pro.

The team originates from New Jersey and is made up of a majority guys from their American Lacrosse League Team – also Tri-State. Check out their roster below, definitely some very notable names on that list.

Hanley Holcomb – Former AA at University of Virginia

Eric Corso – Former Curry College

Corbyn Tao – Minnesota Swarm (he brought some Native/Canadian/Box flavor to our team)

Pat Young – Current UMBC 2nd leading scorer

Anthony Terranova – 2x Captain Rutgers

Erik Stilley – Former Hopkins/Rutgers

Ben Schwing – Rutgers Senior

Sean Snodgrass – Former Denver University

Paul Werner – Gettysburg

Drew Jenkins – Syracuse

Brent Kronquist – Villanova University

This year, Tri-State ended up 2-2. They were able to lead most of every game and only fell to two semifinalists, Power Tek and finally in the playoffs to Faherty (Jordan Wolf of Duke, Matt Donovan of Cornell, and several other strong current D1 players made up that squad).
