Big news for lacrosse players who like to rock soccer cleats on the field.  Nike just unveiled the newest innovation in the Mercurial series of cleats.  The Mercurial Vapor line feature some of soccer’s most elite cleats on the market with players like Ronaldo and Neimar contributing to the design and success of the shoe.

The Mercurial Vapor IX was designed with the fastest players in mind and features a sole plate that was designed for safe and reliable change-of-direction ability even at top speeds.  While I am sure we can expect these boots to have a high price tag, if you are a cleats person these shoes are worth a second look.  The Mercurial Vapor IX became available for pre-oder January 18th and will go public January 31st.
