This week’s dome has got me feeling a little festive.  Sweet Sweet Lax faithful Jon Harnisch sent us this Huntington Beach dome after checking out the “Let’s Chrome Everything” series we ran a few weeks back.  He loved the orange mask so much he lined up a whole team with them, and they turned out pretty swank!

The style is so relentless

I’m loving the green chin strap, and personally I’m a huge fan of colored chins over colored visors.  Makes me want to chrome up a mask… I wonder if they make them in pink?  I guess there’s only one way to find out… Show Us Your Chromed Domes!

This week I’d like to pose a little challenge…  I’m willing to purchase an LAS Grab Bag (next month’s edition) for whoever comes up with the best chromed out dome/mask/combo and send it to [email protected].  In order to be eligible, submissions have to be in by Halloween (Oct. 31, which gives you a couple weeks to do some work). I’d love to see some how-to’s and will probably give the nudge to a hand-chromed lid over one you buy from the store! Get after it!!
