First Look: Duke and St. John’s Gear Explosion!
What’s better than a ‘First Look’ and a ‘Gear Explosion!’? Well a First Look Gear Explosion would be the obvious answer. Warrior and Brine Lacrosse sent over some new gear just released for Duke and St. John’s.
Starting off with the Duke Blue Devils, we get some fancy custom arm guards and pads from Brine Lacrosse. Duke got hooked up with a full set of Brine Lo Pro SL Arm Guards, Triumph Elbow Guards and LoPro Defensive Arm Pads for the tough guys on the team.
The boys from New York went for an extra special look this year on their very custom Warrior TII helmets. One set in matte black and another in glossy white.
First, the matte black TIIs with a very custom matte black to chrome red faded facemask.
Their white and red set went above and beyond with an FDNY shield in honor of a firefighter named Stephen Siller that died in the 9/11 rescue. St. John’s takes part in his memorial run every fall. To learn more about the Tunnel to Towers, click here.
